OF AR - OFAKIM is an abandoned textile factory that was once the economic core of the city. Built in the 1960s, it lay abandoned for over 40 years. The project seeks to bring life to the giant structure by dividing it into different uses, allowing public spaces next to commercial ones and various light industries in order to bring back the industrial past of the town.
